Abstract
This technote describes IBM Document Manager support for Microsoft Outlook 2003.

If you use Microsoft Outlook 2003 with IBM Document Manager Version 8.3 Fix Pack 6 or later versions, you must run Microsoft Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2 and its latest security patches.
IBM Document Manager Version 8.5:
Microsoft Outlook 2003 is supported for both application integration and IBM Document Manager Notification Services.
IBM DB2 Document Manager Version 8.3, Version 8.4 and Version 8.4.2:
Microsoft Outlook 2003 is supported for application integration only, not for IBM DB2 Document Manager Notification Services.
