'Page Not Found' errors joining Sametime Meetings scheduled using Notes client

| | | | Question | | Sametime® on-line meeting (web conferencing) functionality has been configured to allow users to create meetings from within the Notes® client. The functionaliy typically works well, however, periodically users see "Page Not Found" errors when joining meetings.
Upon further examination, it appears that the meetings are taking a long time to be created in the stconf.nsf. If a user attempts to join or view a meeting just after scheduling the meeting the "Page Not Found" error occurs. After an hour passes, the meeting page will load correctly.
After enabling Meeting Calendar Service debug, the following debug prints are created:
