Question
You use a PDA and Lotus EasySync Pro® to sync with Lotus Notes®. You want to switch a Notes meeting invitation but the Chairperson field is not a mapping choice when synching the calendar. Other choices for mapping include meeting invitees in the "To", "cc", and "bcc" Notes fields to comparable fields in the PDA. How can you map the Chairperson field and view it in your PDA?
Answer
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# GABN743SBE and was determined not to be a software problem. There is no workaround currently available but a request has been made for this additional functionality..
