ISM TEPS Integration (UASubscriber)

The cause of the problem can be found by systematically checking the components and configurations of the components that feed the information to the TEPS console. Here is the dataflow:

The bridge sends events to the UASubscriber using the database module (Tibco Rendezvous)
The UASubscriber gets information from Rendezvous
The UASubscriber then connects to ITM's Universal Agent
ITM's Universal Agent sends info to TEPS

To resolve this issue you should check each of the cases below:
- configuration error in bridge.props
- the bridge is running
- the bridge has the database module loaded
- the bridge's database module configuration
- the UASubscriber is running
- the UASubscriber has similar configuration to the database module
- the UASubscriber has the correct UAHostName and UAPort
- the Rendezvous process is running (rvd)
- the ITM Universal Agent is running

Also note that during the install of the UASubscriber the bridge.props file will be modified to use the UASubscriber and you will be prompted to allow this to overwrite the existing bridge.props file, say yes to this (but make sure you have a back up copy of the bridge.props file just in case)
