Resolving the problem
Check to see if all the hold actions were done that were required for any PTF's that were applied to the z/OS host system. Specifically check UK05042 where the table EDIPSBI needs to be created.
HOLDDATA for PTF:
If this PTF is being applied as part of a new product
installation, the standard install process using EDISDB2
should be followed.
If this PTF is being applied as part of an incremental
update, the customer should run the new DDL to update the
WDI V3.2 DB2 Database. Follow the directions below:
- edit the new member EDISDD13 in EDI.V3R2M0.SEDISQL1
- modify EDIENU32 to your appropriate site database name
- use the DB2 Interactive Functions (SPUFI) to run this DDL
- run, via SPUFI, member EDISGRNT from EDI.V3R2M0.SEDISQL1.
Once the hold actions were done for PTF UK05042 and the EDIENU32.EDIPSBI table was created, the error was corrected.
