Risk of data damage with CommonStore for SAP and DB2® Content Manager OnDemand for i5/OS™ backend archives.

Data might be damaged if DB2® Content Manager OnDemand for i5/OS is used with the DB2 CommonStore products. To avoid damage to your data, run CommonStore in single-threaded mode only.

To run CommonStore in single-threaded mode, use only one CommonStore DB2 Content Manager OnDemand agent per archive (application group). Until this problem is resolved, do not configure:

  • Multiple CommonStore DB2 Content Manager OnDemand agents
  • Multiple CommonStore Server instances
