JCLI error for job run under TWS z/OS

Job is submitted and gets JCLI error. What are some possible causes of this?

Answer

A JCLI error is often caused by a problem with the JES JOB card, however, if ALL jobs executing on a given LPAR are going to JCLI status, then there is probably something wrong with the TWSz SMF exits IEFUJI and/or IEFACTRT on that system.
