How to return software to Passport Advantage if purchased online

Question

You purchase Lotus SmartSuite 9.8 or Lotus Organizer 6.0 or 6.1 at www.ibm.com but find that you must return it. How do you do this since there is no number to call?

Answer

To return the software application, send an e-mail with the following information to process your credit request:
Send to: PAONLINE@us.ibm.com

Subject: Credit request

Body: Enter the following information:

    Name
    Phone contact numbers
    e-Mail address
    Passport site number
    Sales order number
