Problem(Abstract)
When installing IBM® WebSphere® Studio Asset Analyzer, ISMP (InstallShield) fails with "Unable to find compatible JVM" or a similar message.
Resolving the problem
Install one of the compatible JVMs on the machine where you are attempting to run the WebSphere Studio Asset Analyzer installation.
- Download and install Java Runtime Environment 1.4.1 from Sun Microsystems (http://java.sun.com/).
- Reboot your machine.
- Restart the install.
