You set server configuration settings to remove the field INetFrom field from outbound messages, but you find that this field is not removed. The router uses this address to format the From or Reply address instead of the Internet address in the Person document. For example:
Person Document has Internet address set to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Location Document's Internet address: email@example.com
Notes items to be removed from headers: INetFrom
(Configuration Document -> Mime -> Advanced -> Advanced Outbound Message Options)

In the mimesteam, it shows From: firstname.lastname@example.org, and when mail is received, the Reply address is email@example.com.
Resolving the problem
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# SEGN5V8FJF and has been addressed in Domino 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.4 and 6.0.5 MR fix list (available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/):
SPR# SEGN5V8FJF - It is possible to configure the mail router to specify that the internet address used in the RFC2821 Mail From command is based on the authenticated identity of the person sending the mail message. To enable this configuration, you can add the following to the server's Notes.ini settings: RouterUseFromAsSMTPOriginator=1
However, it has been found that RouterUseFromAsSMTPOriginator seems not to be working. This has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# RBIP69WLQU, and is fixed in 6.5.5.
Use the "Set Update Flag" in the Location document (Action > Advanced > Set Update Flag). This will update the Location document with changes in the Person document.
