WBI Workbench Server Version 4.2.2 Patch 2
This WBI Workbench Server Version 422 Patch fixes the problems that are listed in the "Solution" section of this document.
Failure in BPM Repository when checking in an organization that has been checked out with "Key Update"
Resolving the problem
Fixed bugs in this patch related to following PMR items:
APAR JR19135 Fixed the bug which causes failure in BPM Repository when re-checking an organization that has been checkout out with Key Update.
1)Check out fails due to the existence of an invalid character in the Process name that is checked out.
2) Check in an organization that has been checked out with key Update fails due to duplicate records.
Steps to fix the problems in the processes names and resolve the duplicate records
1- Edit the file named run.bat the has been extracted from the downloaded zip/tar file, and adjust the class path to include the database driver file.
2- Run the file run.bat. The Connection Parameters dialog box appears.
3- In this dialog box, do the following:
- Enter the user name and password of the authorized administrator.
- Select the database type you are using.
- Adjust the database URL.
4- Click OK. The Organization List dialog opens. This dialog box displays the organization list that contains all existing organizations in the database.
5- Select an organization from the Organization list
6- Click Validate to validate the selected organization. A message will appear to notify if the organization contains any corrupted file names or duplicate records that need to be repaired, or to inform you that the organization does not need to be repaired.
7- Click Repair to repair the organization if it contains errors.
7- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all existing organizations in the Organization list to ensure that you have corrected all Organizations in database.
