DAMO: Not all mail messages are received in Outlook from Domino server

Problem

While using IBM Lotus Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook (DAMO), you notice that not all mail messages are replicated to your local Microsoft Outlook mail file (.pst) as you expected.

Cause

By default, DAMO brings down messages that have been created or modified in the last 90 days.

Resolving the problem

To resolve this issue, change the desired number of days for the option "If the server mail file exceeds the threshold above, do not replicate messages older (in days) than xx".


This field can be found in Outlook by selecting Tools > Options > Domino Preferences tab > Replication button.
