Invitee who accepts or declines Meeting Invitation with comments cannot subsequently see their own comments
Technote (troubleshooting)
Problem
You accept or decline a meeting invitation from another user using the "Respond with Comments" option. The meeting Chairperson receives the notification and can see the comments you made as the invitee.
A copy of this reply notice is kept in your (invitee's) mail file; however, it does not contain the comments that you made to the Chair when accepting or declining the invitation. This means you have no way of accessing or verifying the comments that you made.
Symptom
The comments that you provide in reply to a meeting invitation do not display anywhere in your Lotus Notes 6.x mail file.
Resolving the problem
Lotus Notes/Domino 6.x is functioning as designed.
An enhancement request, to have this behavior changed so that the comments are stored in the reply notice in the invitee's mail file, was submitted to Quality Engineering and added to Notes 7.x and later versions.
