How to determine your current Debug Tool service level
To check your current Debug Tool service level issue the following command using the Mainframe Interface (MFI):

If the output looks like this for Version 12.1:

05/03/2013 10:30:00 AM Level: V12R1 PM88403
5655-W70: Copyright IBM Corp. 1992, 2012
or this for Version 11.1:
IBM Debug Tool Version 11 Release 1 Mod 0

then you have the PTF applied.
You can also check PTF's applied using SMP/E or browse module CEEEVDBG in the EQA.SEQAMOD dataset for the PTF number. For example: F 'UK74780' may be used while browsing module CEEEVDBG within a 11.1 SEQAMOD dataset to determine if PTF UK74780 is applied.
