Documentation

The Breeze for SCLM manuals are shipped as part of the product install package, and are available from the IBM Publication Center. The SCLM manual, ISPF SCLM Guide and Reference, SC34-4817, is shipped as part of the z/OS® library, and is also available from the SCLM for z/OS library page.

There are also two Redbooks that cover aspects of Breeze and have sample code to utilise Breeze functions in other SCLM user exits. These Redbooks are:

Getting Started with SCLM: A Practical Guide to SCLM and SCLM Advanced Edition, SG24-7392-00
Application Lifecycle Management with SCLM on System z, SG24-7592-00

To download these RedBooks, go to www.redbooks.ibm.com and search for SCLM.

Training

IBM Rational Library Services provides customized education and migration services for SCLM and the SCLM Advanced Edition products. For more information, contact the SCLM Center of Competency at sclm@us.ibm.com, (919) 486-1288.

Support and user groups

ISPF and SCLM are very active in the SHARE User Group. For information on SHARE, call (312) 822-0932 or visit their Web site at www.share.org. You can review past presentations at www.share.org under proceedings. If you are a SHARE member, you have access to SCLM tools on the SHARE Members Only Web site. Look in the ISPF category under Technical Information Exchange. You will see the following packages: SCLM Migration (migration tools and information) and SCLMSAMP (sample user exits, etc. for SCLM and information on SCLM resources).

There is also a yahoo® eGroup/discussion list (this is not an IBM-supported newsgroup). You can join the group at Groups.yahoo.com/group/SCLM. Click on the Join this Group icon.
