Question
The "Books On-line" panel has been turned off and it is necessary to turn it back on.
Answer
After the NetView V7.x web console login panel, another panel pops up to ask if you want to see the Books On-line, or to continue to NetView. There is a check box on that panel that says "Do not show this again". Once checked, the Books On-line panel will not appear any more.
If you change your mind and want to restore the panel to appear at login time, make this change.
At the NetView server, go to directory
cd /usr/OV/www/webapps/netview/properties
Edit the file that is username.properties for the user whose panel needs to be restored. Change the supressWelcomeScreen variable to "false".
