Technote (FAQ)
Question
Where is the best place to set the ulimits to unlimited?
Answer
The ulimits are set to unlimited in both the "/etc/netnmrc" script and the "/usr/OV/bin/NetView" script. If the NetView daemons are started by either "/etc/netnmrc" (on bootup) or by the NetView command, the Ulimits will be set correctly.
