Problem(Abstract)
Your CICSPlex SM address space (CMAS) is hanging after message EYUXL0004I cmasname ESSS Connection Complete. This occurs when you start a new CMAS running CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS).
Cause
Dummy logstreams are being used and the system initialization table (SIT) parameter CSDRECOV is set to ALL.
Resolving the problem
Ensure that if CSDRECOV=ALL is specified for a CMAS that the CMAS does not use dummy MVS logstreams. Note: The the CICS supplied sample table DFHSIT6$ (SIT=6$) contains CSDRECOV=ALL.
