In the CICSPlex SM (CPSM) documentation under "Preparing user access to CICSPlex SM", item 1 indicates that if you have an external security manager (ESM) that uses a TSO Command Processor list to add BBM3API BBM9TC20 and BBM9TC23 to the table. Does this documentation apply to RACF?
No, the documentation does not apply to RACF. So if you are using RACF, you should not add BBM3API BBM9TC20 and BBM9TC23 to the table.
