This may occur if the EVENT DATASET is not allocated CONTIG with a single EXTENT, and is not totally exempted from SMS management.
A similar problem may occur with the SUBMIT/RELEASE dataset (DDNAME EQQSUDS) under the same conditions.
Resolving The Problem
The TWSz EVENT and SUBMIT/RELEASE datasets are **SINGLE-EXTENT**, Wrap-Around datasets. They must be allocated CONTIG, with a single extent, and specifically exempted from processing or management by SMS or similar utilities, or by such products as STOPX37. These datasets are device dependent, and must be defined is immovable.
