Troubleshooting
Problem
You are using the 3270 Bridge in your CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) region. You are entering a transaction in the terminal owning region (TOR) that is defined as remote to the application owning region (AOR) and receiving the abend ACRA ( abendACRA ) . If you go directly to the AOR where the transaction is defined as LOCAL, the transaction will run.
Cause
The 3270 Bridge does not support transaction routing.
Resolving The Problem
Do not use transaction routing with the 3270 Bridge. Migrate applications using the technique documented under Transaction Routing considerations in the CICS TS information center.
