    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided. *
    ****************************************************************
zSecure Collect for VM version 1.11.1 may incorrectly issue:
    1. MSGCKV151I for an authorised user which contains the text:
"CKV151I 08 Not authorised to Query xxxx - command data
          will not be collected"
An example of such a message is:
"CKV151I 08 Not authorised to Query DUMP - command data
          will not be collected"
zSecure Collect incorrectly parses the commands authorised
for a user, resulting in the incorrect output of MSGCKV151I.
    -
    2. MSGCKV155I which begins with the text:
         "CKV155I Diagnose 26C-xx rc=04 ..."
An example of such a message is:
         "CKV155I 04 Diagnose 26C-20 rc=04 - No matching Virtual
          Switch data found"
zSecure Collect incorrectly processes Diagnose 26C data,
resulting in the incorrect output of MSGCKV155I.

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Collect for VM has been modified to:
    1. Correctly parse the commands authorised for a user so that
MSGCKV151I is no longer incorrectly issued for an authorised
       user.
    2. Correctly process Diagnose 26C data so that MSGCKV155I is no
       longer incorrectly issued.
    3. Output clearer text whenever MSGCKV153I is issued.
