Error description

• When using the Remote LPEX Editor in Rational Developer for I
  (RDI) 9.1.1 to edit RPGLE source expand the sections so that the
  number of elements shown is larger than what will fit in the
  existing viewport.  Scroll the viewport down so the top element
  is not showing then select an element.  The source will
  reposition to show the selected element.  Now click into the
  source and perform an edit on it.  The outline view will now
  scroll to the top so that the previously selected element may no
  longer be visible.  This should not happen.
