• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the case where views are minimized in the Debug Perspective
  but the Debug Perspective is not the current perspective.  When
  a debug session starts and the Debug Perspective switches to
  become the current perspective the minimize view is restored.
  Clicking with the mouse to change focus or re-minimize the view
  is required, the escape key or other actions such as stepping
  with F5 or F6 do not cause the view to auto-minimize.
