Error description

• When *N is used with a CL command, the CL parser does not treat
  it as a predefined parameter and assumes it a regular parameter
  and issues the following error message:
  
  EVFCL0078: Value '*N' for parameter <CL command> not a valid
  name
  
  where <CL command> is the CL command.

  When prompting a CL command with a *N parameter value used as
