    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
WMQ code was incorrectly assuming that PutMsgRecFields in the
MQDH header was non-zero which resulted in an invalid
MQRC_DH_ERROR. The PutMsgRecFields field is an optional field
with an initial value of zero.

Problem conclusion

  • WMQ code has been modified to appropriately account for a zero
PutMsgRecFields field in the MQDH header.
