Error description

• In ILE RPG outline view, externally described fields renamed via
  PREFIX and I Specs do not show up under the Fields category.
  If the renamed fields are referenced, the references do not show
  up properly.
  

Local fix

• Switch to using the old static outline view by unchecking the
  'Update the Outline view when text is changed in the editor'
  preference under Remote Systems->Remote Systems LPEX Editor->
  IBM i Parsers->ILE RPG.

  Application of the PREFIX keyword to field names of an
  externally described file in an RPG-ILE program is not taken
  into account by the Outline view.
  
  If fields from 2 files have the same names, and 1 of the files
  has a PREFIX keyword, the prefixed fields will not show up
  under the Fields category.
  
  If prefixed fields are referenced, the references do not show
  up under the file and record.
  
  This problem is fixed in RDi 9.0
