SE53837: RDP 8.0.3: MEMBER DESCRIPTION OVER 50 CHARACTERS CAUSES RATIONAL TEAM CONCERT IPROJECT BUILD TO FAIL

Error description

• When a member with a text description of over 50 characters is
  added to the iProject but does not exist on the host and a
  Rational Team Concert on IBM i build is run, the build will fail
  An ADDPFM is performed by the build to create the member but if
  the text description exceeds 50 characters, the member will not
  be created and the build will fail.
  

Local fix

• Change the text description to be less than 50 characters and
  add the member to the iProject again before building.

  This problem is fixed in RDi 9.0.
