Error description

• Show the Remote Reconciler view for an IBM i Project.
  Then, use the Remote System Explorer view to add a binary file
  or save file object to the existing i Project.  Refresh the
  Remote Reconciler view.
  
  The Remote Reconciler view incorrectly shows a status of
  "Conflict" for the newly added files.
