Error description

• If the 3rd party plugin for Jasper Studio is installed with
  Rational Developer for Power Systems Software (RDP) 8.5 and the
  perspective is switched to the iProject Perspective then a
  NullPointerException occurs.
  

Local fix

• Remove the 3rd party Jasper Studio plugin.

  This problem is fixed in the RD Power 8.5.1 Fix Pack.
  
  The Jasper Studio plugins use the xtext framework. This
  framework causes the project to behave in a manner that was
  unexpected by the i Project support. The error shows up as a
  NullPointerException in the basicTestAttributes method of the
  AbstractISeriesResource class.
