APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In RPGLE source if a PList or KList is surrounded by BEGSR and
  ENDSR it won't correctly show up in the live outline view.
  

Local fix

• In settings for the IBM i ILE RPG parser uncheck the checkbox
  for the setting "Update the Outline view when text is changed in
  the editor"
