Closed as program error.
lft/rgt baseline indexes were not used with Oracle, then they were not initialized. However those indexes are now used also with Oracle, then they should get initialized automatically when needed.
Developer gave customer a jar and a script to build necessary index of Oracle DB.
In Decision Center Enterprise console when using an Oracle database some changes happened in decision tables are not detected when merging branches. The issue is due to lft/rgt baseline indexes which are not initialized.
The code is fixed.
