RS01193: CREATING A PROJECT FROM RTS FAILS IF A RULE ARTIFACT EDITOR IS OPENED

Error description

• If a rule , decision table or ruleflow editor is opened the
  creation of a project does not complete properly. The project
  structure is created but the bom folder is empt or contains
  only one file and the rest of the project is not imported.
  The following exception might be found in the log

Local fix

• delete the incomplete project.
  Close all rule editorsﾠ(rule , decision table, ruleflow)
  Create the rule project again
  

Problem summary

• When a project is created form RTS the project the creation of
  the BOM triggers a notification to the editors. Editors check
  if the bom change impacts the artifact edited. When evaluating
  this information the exception occurs.

Temporary fix

• close all editors before creating a project from Rule Team
  Server
