RS01167: CPXFLTWRITE CRASHES WITH 12.5 WHEN WRITING A FILTER ON SOLARIS.

Error description

• See RTC-14076 for details.   CPXfltwrite with 12.5 doesn't
  properly handle filter names in flt file.   This can result
  in a crash in Solaris, and incorrect name on other operating

Local fix

• Workaround: use NULL for filter name in flt file when calling
  CPXsolnpooladddiversityfilter or CPXaddsolnpooladdrangefilter.
  
  This will be fixed in 12.5.0.1 fixpack.
