Error description
If Zone to Zone Costs are defined for a Zone to Zone Carrier the Custom Report Database can take a long time to generate. This can result in solve times being much longer than expected. During the solve process, if the Generating Custom Report Database progress bar is taking a long time, or appears to be hung, this may be a result of this issue.
Local fix
The user can uncheck "Generate Custom Report Database" on the Optimization Parameters form to prevent the Custom Report Database from being generated during the solve process. The Custom Report Database will be generated on demand if the user decides to display a custom report at a later time.
Problem summary
This issue has been resolved and fix will be available in IBM ILOG LogicNet Plus XE 7.2.24.23.
