Error description
Exporting a scenario where derived columns are foreign keys creates a "RelationalModel.xml" file where, foreign keys tag for derived column is written out but the derived columns itself are omitted. This prevents the exported scenario to be imported back since, there is a schema validation error.
Local fix
Edit "RelationModel.xml" file of exported scenario to add the missing derived columns.
Problem summary
This issue has been resolved and fix is available with ODM Enterprise 3.6.0.1.
