RS00650: GUI IS TOO SLOW WHEN MOVING AN ACTIVITY EVEN WITH ACTIVITY EXTENT

Error description

• Load this instance.
  
  Select interaction scope "Activity" and insertion mode "Infinite
  capacity".
  Select first unfixed activity on resource "(25) Massojen
  valmistus" and
  move it from the 16th May to the following week for instance :
  it takes
  approx. 5s!!!
  .
  

Local fix

• Changing the pegging strategy from "Dynamic Automatic" to
  "Dynamic FIFO" for all materials, the time spent in "Full
  repegging" is reduced to approx. 1.2s and time spent in "dynamic
  pegging" remais the same. So total time is now about 1.5s
  instead of 5s on my machine. This sounds a possible work-around
  while we are improving performance of case "Dunamic Automatic".
