  DSNTADL tried to clear a field in the TRWA control block
  but the pointer to that control block was zero.
     Note: the TRWA control block resides in ECSA, this error
  could also result in a Common Storage shortage (creep)
  ABEND878 or ABEND04E rc00E20022, unpredictable results.
  LOCK Mgr Global.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DSNTFCTS macro has been changed to check that the pointer
  to the TRWA control block is non-zero before referencing any
  fields in that control block.
