Error description

• DGIUM284 is raised then importing an ISPF panel containing
  DBCS characters - this happons also when printing the SDF II
  online reference whenthe japeneese janguage feature is used.

  Message DGIUM284 is raised then importing an ISPF panel which
  contains DBCS characters - this happens also when printing the
  SDF II online reference when the japeneese janguage feature
  is in use ( in this case internally the online reference
  panels are imported and formatted )
  In the Japaneese version also the text on online reference
  selection panels are not in the printout.
