In IBM Curam Child Welfare (CW) users are unable create a Contact Log on an Ongoing Case for a Person marked as duplicate.

The user may unmerge the person to capture the Contact Log details, and then merge the duplicate person

Problem conclusion
APAR addressed in v6.0.4.4 iFix2 which is available to download from Fix Central Previously if a duplicate person was an existing case participant of a case such as an Investigation Case, it was not possible to add the duplicate as a contact participant in a contact, even though the duplicate was an existing case participant. This issue has now been resolved and an existing case participant can now be added as a contact participant even if the case participant is marked as a duplicate.
