**Addressed in v184.108.40.206** In IBM Curam v220.127.116.11 when a user selects the Add Evidence action on an Integrated Case, the dialog opens and displays an error for an Un-handled Server Exception.
PO01490, HCR-2471 - Error displaying when manually creating evidence on the Integrated Case through new evidence list
Previously an issue existed where an application error would be displayed when a user selected the Add Evidence action on an Integrated Case. This issue has now been resolved so that an application error is no longer displayed.
