Error description

  • Codetable code TC10001 is appearing in codetable file
CT_TemplateIDCode.ctx for two separate java identifiers in the
AssessmentPlanning and ISProduct components. This duplication
is causing unhandled server exceptions in the Outcome Plan flow.

Local fix

  • One of the duplicate codes can be manually updated to a unique
code to eliminate duplication issues.
