Error description

• In IBM Curam Provider Management (CPM), while using the the
  Enroll Provider wizard to check to see if a provider is already
  enrolled, the data entered for the provider in Step 1
  (Provider Search) should be carried forward to Step 2 (Provider
  Details) of the wizard in order to prevent having to re-enter
  the same information on both screens of the wizard.

  during enrollment process
  
  Previously, when a user searched for a provider or provider
  group during the enrollment process, the system was not
  pre-populating the information used as search criteria onto the
  enrollment page. This issue is now resolved.
