When a Product Delivery Case (PDC) is created, verification records are created even for Superseded and Cancelled evidence. These verifications are shown as outstanding during eligibility determination, and can confuse the user when determining eligibility on a PDC, as the determination identifies that there are outstanding verifications but they are not listed under the Outstanding Verifications tab.
utstanding Verifications records are generated for Cancelled and Superseded evidence
This APAR has been addressed in 220.127.116.11: Previously, verification records were created for superseded and cancelled evidence for a Product Delivery Case during its creation. However, those records were not listed under the Outstanding Verifications page. This caused an issue because the rules found that there were still items outstanding. This issue has been resolved so that verification records are created only if the evidence is active.
