• Currently cluster tables did not contain any table header
  elements. This presents accessibility issues with screen reader
  users when traversing the cluster table content.

Problem conclusion

• This has been addressed in V6.0.4.3 (available to download from
  Fix Central).
  PO00362, TEC-12951 - 6.0.4.3 - The tables contain tabular data
  but do not have table header (<th>) cells
  Previously cluster tables did not contain any table header
  elements. This caused accessibility issues with screen reader
  users when traversing the cluster table content. This issue has
  now been resolved. All cluster labels are now contained within
  table headers '<th>' instead of normal table cells '<td>'.
