Error description

• Eight new parts are added to the product PL/I for MVS & VM,
  release 1.1.0.
  The new parts are:
    IELFCOMP EXEC, IELBCOMP EXEC, IELFLINK EXEC, IELBLINK EXEC,
    IELFCOMP CLIST, IELBCOMP CLIST, IELFLINK CLIST,
    IELBLINK CLIST.

  Eight new parts (4 EXECs for VM, 4 CLISTs for MVS) are added
  to the product PL/I for MVS & VM Release 1.1.0.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR contains the PL/I sample command lists for use
  with the CoOperative Development Environment/370 (CODE/370)
  product.  The CODE/370 product must be installed to utilize
  these samples.
  
  These PL/I samples demonstrate command lists which compile
  or link edit on a MVS or VM host session, when a request is
  initiated from a workstation CODE/370 window.  See the prologue
  comments at the start of each command processor for details
  about its operation, tailoring requirements and interface with
  CODE/370.
  
  For MVS users:
  
    Four new CLIST parts are added to PL/I MVS.  The names of
    the CLIST command processors (with short description) are:
  
    IELFCOMP  Foreground PL/I compile sample
    IELBCOMP  Background PL/I compile sample
    IELFLINK  Foreground link-edit sample
    IELBLINK  Background link-edit sample
  
    The CLISTs above are installed in data set
                 'IEL.V1R1M0.SIELCLST'.
    This data set IEL.V1R1M0.SIELCLST did not exist in Release 1,
    so it must be allocated before applying this PTF.
    The following information should be used for the data set:
  
      DCB=(RECFM=FB,LRECL=80,BLKSIZE=6160)
      SPACE=(6160,(20,5,5))
  
  For VM users:
  
    Four new EXEC parts are added to PL/I VM.  The names of the
    EXEC command processors (with short description) are:
  
    IELFCOMP  Foreground PL/I compile sample
    IELBCOMP  Background PL/I compile sample
    IELFLINK  Foreground link-edit sample
    IELBLINK  Background link-edit sample
  
    Also, IEL1VD01 MACRO is included as a control file.
