PM98658: TM1 OPS CONSOLE CAM LOGIN FAILS WHEN DOMAIN IS REQUIRED

Error description

• TM1 Ops Console CAM login fails when domain is required.??In
  some cases a domain is required as part of the CAM login. For
  instance, the Namespace and Namespace ID might be AD but the
  domain is NA. To log into other TM1 clients a login such as
  'NA\user' is required. Using just 'user' to login does not
  work.??TM1 Ops Console requires that the Namespace ID is used as
  part of the login. We have tried logins such as 'AD\user' and
  'AD\NA\user'.??tm1server.log with CAMSecurity debug attached.
