APAR status

Error description

  • When you remove shards from a container, a removable object is
left in the heap, which is not released to the garbage
collection.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During placement, when a shard moves    *
*                      to a container, an object is not        *
*                      released, which keeps the shard in      *
*                      memory.                                 *

A code update was made to release the object that was keeping
the shard in memory.
