PM98498: OPENING MASTER-DETAIL WINDOW ON LIST IN ACTIVE REPORT GIVES ERROR IN 10.2.1 AFTER FP1 INSTALLED

Error description

• In an 10.2.1 FP1 active report, opening the master-detail window
  on a list with  interactive behavior and/or collumns that are
  conditionally visible results in:  RSV-SRV-0003: The report
  specification contains an error at line xxxx, column yyyy The
  key for identity contrainst of element 'report' is not found.
  This error then prevents the master-detail window from
  evaluating the m-d relationship correctly so it may also falsely
  warn of an invalid relationship and remove it.  The same spec
  has no issue when FP1 is not installed.
