Error description

  • When using pessimistic maps, there was a issue where we could
potentially add a hit twice.  This could result in a hit rate
over 100% as we would add two hits for a single get.  The issue
appears to only occur when using getAll() and getAllForUpdate()
on a pessimistic map.

*                      a pessimistic map.                      *

When using a pessimistic locking strategy, there was a chance
to get a hit rate over 100%.  This hit rate can occur when
two hits result from a single get operation.  This issue has
only
been seen when using getAll() and getAllForUpdate() method on a
pessimistic map.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix was made to prevent the scenario where it was possible
to add two hits to a single get and will be available in the
latest fix pack.
